BK is one of the kings of the Pet Nat game in Australia.

He was one of the original producers of these fizzy freaky things back half a decade ago. This Pinot Noir version is one of his most smashable to date.

It's 100% Pinot from a vineyard in Lenswood. It's fermented in a ceramic egg after being whole bunch pressed, then bottled up with a healthy live ferment kicking in the bottle.

What has emerged is basically a version of a fizzy strawberry shortcake. It's super limited but if you're quick, you can sip one of these this summer!
