Phonograph Cider is an artisanal, biodynamic hard cider maker located in the Finger Lakes region of New York State. Made from Greening apples, an old heirloom variety that are juicy and crispy with a beautifully balanced acidity and earthiness. Everything is grown and bottled within a couple dozen of miles.

Fresh and easy drinking, this is a versatile, four season cider, as at home in the park as it is around a blazing fireplace. Pair with spicy foods, sushi, cheddar, goat cheese or pork roasts.
