Ren Louie Wikinanish is Nuu-chah-nulth from Ahousaht. Wikinanish translates to 'eldest son'. He comes from mixed Nuu-chah-nulth, African American, and Ukranian heritage. Karlene Harvey is a Tsilhqot’in and Syilx illustrator.
